Sevita, including Mentor Community Services in the ISL program, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a Direct Support Professionals team in a community-based home in Moberly, MO. You’ll coach staff, hire/train, and ensure daily operations meet quality and compliance standards.

The role offers on-demand pay, full-time hours, and opportunities for growth within Sevita nationwide. Starting pay is $23.35/hour with benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a caregiving or human services setting.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Help hire, train, and schedule your team to build the crew you want.
• Oversee daily operations of the home and ensure care quality and compliance.
• Ensure each person's support plan is followed and documented accurately.
• Step in with meal prep, personal care, and medication administration after certification.
• Help individuals take part in and enjoy their community.
