Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a DSP team, coach staff, and ensure person-centered, high-quality care. You’ll stay hands-on with clients while guiding operations nearby Washington, MO, avoiding long commutes to St. Louis.

Starting pay is $23.35/hour with on-demand pay, plus health, retirement, PTO, and career development opportunities. You’ll help recruit, train, and schedule staff and support participants to live independent lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a hands-on care environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
• Ensure high-quality care and program operations.
• Provide hands-on support when needed, including meal prep and personal care.
