Sevita's Missouri Mentor program in Missouri is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals serving individuals with IDD. • High School Diploma or GED; 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate heart and natural drive to lead by example

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of DSPs
• Help train and onboard new team members
• Coordinate schedules and help maintain staffing coverage
• Support daily program operations and quality of care
• Promote independence, safety, and person-centered support
• Communicate with staff and leadership to keep the program running smoothly
• Step in alongside your team to provide hands-on support when needed, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, transportation, and community activities
