Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. This full-time role (36 hours/week) features rotating shifts (0700-1930, 1900-0730) with weekend rotation and float coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include independent nursing care, applying the nursing process, and guiding unlicensed staff to deliver interdisciplinary care for optimal patient outcomes. IL licensure and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing is required.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider is required (AHA).
• Current IL nursing licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care in the ISCU.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient care plan.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
