Job summary

Georgia State University is seeking an Information Systems Training Specialist, Lead within University Advancement to design and deliver training for university systems. You will manage user accounts and security roles, provide strong customer support, and work with multiple departments on projects.

The role is based at the Atlanta Campus with standard hours, and requires collaboration across campus stakeholders to drive effective training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to manage user accounts and security roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and conduct training programs and curricula for university systems.
• Process new user account requests and manage security roles.
• Provide administration support and excellent customer service to end-users.
• Prepare activity and status reports and monitor follow-up training.
• Write, edit, and test user documentation and prepare communications.
• Collaborate with other departments on project activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
