Job summary

Georgia State University’s Newton Campus Testing Services Department is seeking a Coordinator to manage daily testing operations, ensuring professional, prompt service and secure handling of records.

You will supervise staff, proctor exams, and coordinate with vendors to meet security standards while analyzing data to drive improvements and equity of access for students.

This role supports growth within an expanding academic unit and offers collaboration across campus teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of testing services, proctoring and security standards.
• Ability to create reports and analyze data to review test offerings.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and testing services at their campus.
• Proctors exams in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Maintains a secure testing environment and ensures staff comply with vendor standards.
• Coordinates with vendors regarding issues with exams and data retention.
• Trains staff in proctoring, customer service and data retention.
• Uses campus data to analyze testing events and plan improvements.
• Collaborates with campus departments to answer testing questions and promote exams.
• Organizes group testing on or off-campus.
