Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking a Senior Learning Technology Systems Administrator to manage configuration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of learning technologies for faculty, students and staff. You will diagnose issues and work with internal teams, USG and vendors to ensure reliable service.

The role requires a focus on LMS platforms, SIS data coordination, and development of user documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related IT experience with progression to complex systems.
• Preferred undergraduate or advanced degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operation and configuration of learning systems.
• Resolves issues affecting assigned systems and ensures system integrity.
• Configures and tests USG and KSU LMS and integrated technologies.
• Coordinates SIS data needs and extracts with USG resources.
• Leads system updates, testing of service packs, and security patches.
• Develops end-user documentation and training materials.
• Acts as internal consultant, analyzes data and recommends improvements.
• Engages with vendors and internal partners to ensure continuity of service.
