Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and conduct training programs and curricula for the university systems.
• Process new user account requests, set up security roles, and run audits.
• Provide timely support to end-users with clear, patient communication.
• Coordinate with other departments to align projects and training initiatives.
• Prepare activity and status reports on assigned tasks.
• Monitor follow-up training sessions and assess needs.
• Write, edit, and test user documentation and prepare announcements for upgrades.
• Other duties as assigned.
