Job summary

Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY seeks a Manager, Information Systems (IS) Operations to supervise a team of technical analysts responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining technology that supports the organization's mission. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Five years in Information Systems (with degree)
• No Bachelor's Degree: Nine years in Information Systems (without degree)
• Desired: Healthcare setting experience and management experience
• Industry certifications such as ITIL or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of technical roadmaps that support IS Operations and engineer solutions for projects and operations.
• Analyze environment reports and metrics to proactively reduce risk; lead incidents and root-cause investigations.
• Design and deliver projects to stabilize IS Operations; implement and maintain security, configuration and capacity standards; develop maintenance procedures.
• Supervise staff on design, implementation and support of technology solutions; develop new processes and procedures to improve the department.
• Provide annual performance reviews and development/training plans; create staffing plans for rotations, on-call, and projects.
