Qualifications

Associate Degree in a Computer Science related field or 4 years of directly related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years' experience in a directly related role.
2 years leadership experience required.
5+ years' experience preferred.
Certified Chief Information Officer (CCIO), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Ensure the organization uses technology to improve daily business operations now and in the future.
Promote collaboration between technology teams and business teams.
Build a high-performing technology team aligned with company culture, objectives, and strategies.
Negotiate, contract, and manage service level agreements with vendors and internal departments.
Oversee IT standards, governance, budgeting, and forecasts.
