• Associate Degree in a Computer Science related field or 4 years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in a directly related role.
• 2 years leadership experience required.
• 5+ years' experience preferred.
• Certified Chief Information Officer (CCIO), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Ensure the organization uses technology to improve daily business operations now and in the future.
• Promote collaboration between technology teams and business teams.
• Build a high-performing technology team aligned with company culture, objectives, and strategies.
• Negotiate, contract, and manage service level agreements with vendors and internal departments.
• Oversee IT standards, governance, budgeting, and forecasts.
