Ultimate Staffing in Irvine seeks a Temporary Call Center Customer Service Specialist to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in-office. The role requires data entry, CRM updates, and scheduling information sessions for prospective students, with a focus on courteous, accurate service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer service or call center roles, bilingual Spanish is a plus, and experience with auto-dialing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center.
• Experience handling a large volume of calls with courtesy, speed, and accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS.

Responsabilités

• Answer a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and provide outstanding customer service to prospective students, co-workers, and executives.
• Screen inbound calls, route to the appropriate department, and take detailed messages.
• Perform data entry of personal information and forward CRM information to the advisor based on rotation.
• Make outbound calls using an auto-dialing system to web/affiliate inquiries.
• Schedule info sessions and appointments for prospective students to visit campus.
• Monitor multiple queues and manage inquiries returned to queue.
