Job summary

Solutions Driven is recruiting on behalf of a high value-add hardware distributor with operations in Irvine, CA. This role blends accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, including posting invoices, collecting receivables, processing payments, and assisting with vendor bills and month-end tasks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AR/AP experience, ERP familiarity, and strong Excel skills. Distribution industry experience is a plus, offering room to grow into a clerk supervisor role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Clerk experience in a distribution company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices through portals and review for accuracy.
• Post vendor bills and reconcile accounts.
• Process credit card transactions and postings.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and aging reports.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Handle invoice inquiries and update suppliers.
