Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Irrigation Technician to install and maintain irrigation systems for parks, gardens, and green spaces. The role involves operating trenchers and soil compactors and performing seasonal start-ups and water-saving upgrades.

Applicants should have 1–5 years irrigation experience, a valid driver’s license, and a TCEQ Irrigator's Tech license. Training is offered and pay is negotiable.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years landscape irrigation experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• TCEQ Irrigator's Tech license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain irrigation systems for crops, parks, and green spaces.
• Inspect, repair, and upgrade irrigation components and controllers.
• Operate trenchers and soil compactors and other heavy equipment.
• Perform seasonal start-ups, winterizations, and water-saving upgrades.
• Document repairs and maintenance; ensure safe, clean work sites.
• Train and mentor junior staff on irrigation topics.
