Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in The Woodlands, TX, seeks an Irrigation Technician to install and maintain irrigation systems for parks and green spaces. The role includes operating heavy machinery such as trenchers and soil compactors and performing seasonal startups and winterizations.

Duties cover inspecting systems, repairing valves and PVC mains, adjusting sprayheads, installing smart controllers and sensors, and keeping work areas safe and organized.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years prior landscape irrigation experience.
• TCEQ Irrigator's Tech license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect irrigation systems and document repairs.
• Repair valves and PVC mains as needed.
• Install and adjust sprinkler heads and nozzles.
• Repair and service controllers, sensors, and flow meters.
• Perform seasonal startup inspections and winterizations.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and proper PPE.
