Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Irrigation Technician to install and maintain irrigation systems for parks and landscapes. The role requires operating trenchers and soil compactors and performing detailed inspections.

This position involves repairs, winterizations, controller programming, valve work, and documenting materials and labor. A TCEQ Irrigator's Tech license and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of landscape irrigation experience required.
• TCEQ Irrigator's Tech license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Detail oriented and self-starter with safety focus.
• Training is offered and pay is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed irrigation inspections and document repairs.
• Clean decorative water features.
• Excavate and trench using hand tools.
• Backfill and compact soil to minimize disturbances.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior personnel on irrigation topics.
• Adjust sprinklers, nozzles, and install HE nozzles; check valves and PRS.
