Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail or counter sales experience.
• Strong phone and face-to-face customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research parts online.
• Accurate data entry and inventory system experience.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge on landscape and turf lines to customers.
• Ensure interactions are prompt, professional and precise.
• Answer queries on equipment, landscape products, and applications.
• Process sales from entry to deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate delivery and inventory with internal teams.
• Support external reps to grow LPG and TCE sectors.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming showroom and yard.
