Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Department Manager to lead irrigation within the branch, partnering with customers to ensure excellence in service and product knowledge. You will support sales, operations and safety initiatives, while mentoring agronomic staff to meet departmental goals.

The role requires experience in the green industry, strong customer service, and the ability to adopt new technologies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in the green industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and management skills.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of debits/credits, AR/AP, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Promote a safe, incident-free environment through daily safety leadership.
• Manage inventory, target customer mix, and sales.
• Develop agronomic staff knowledge of irrigation products and customer needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement new technologies to improve performance.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.
