Palo Alto Innovation Labs in Durham, NC, is seeking an Ironclad Integration Developer focused on Finance & Legal automation. You will architect, build, and maintain enterprise workflows linking Ironclad CLM with financial systems, CRMs, and downstream tools.

You will leverage iPaaS platforms to bridge systems, implement bidirectional data synchronization with Salesforce, and configure e-signature workflows while enforcing security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Ironclad Workflow Designer experience with core admin exposure.
• 3+ years of Ironclad REST API, Webhooks, and OAuth authentication.
• 3+ years of Salesforce native integration and data mapping.
• 3+ years hands-on iPaaS (MuleSoft/Workato/Tray.io) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ironclad Architecture: design, build, and maintain complex native workflows.
• Custom Integration & API Dev: build integrations across Data/Workflow/Document layers.
• Ecosystem Middleware Engineering: use iPaaS to connect ERPs/CRMs without hard-coded scripts.
• Bidirectional Data Sync: map and sync data between Salesforce and Ironclad.
• E-Signature Automation: configure signing workflows with DocuSign/Adobe Sign/Dropbox Sign.
• Security & Compliance: manage permissions, schemas, and OAuth 2.0 tokens.
