Ironclad Integration Developer (Finance & Legal)

We are seeking a highly skilled Ironclad Integration Developer specializing in Finance and Legal automation to lead the technical execution of our enterprise integration roadmap. While the BSA defines the 'what', you will be responsible for the 'how' -architecting, building, and maintaining robust, scalable workflows that connect our core Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform with financial systems, CRMs, and downstream tools.

This role requires a developer mindset applied to a modern integration environment, ensuring that enterprise automations are not just functional, but resilient, secure, and flawlessly synchronized.

Key Responsibilities

• Ironclad Architecture: Design, build, and maintain complex, native Ironclad workflows utilizing conditional logic, loops, and multi-stage approval chains.
• Custom Integration & API Dev: Build custom API integrations by interacting directly with Ironclad's three abstraction layers: Data Layer, Workflow Layer, and Document Layer.
• Ecosystem Middleware Engineering: Leverage enterprise iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Tray.io) to bridge Ironclad with core ERPs and CRMs without writing brittle, hard-coded scripts.
• Bidirectional Data Sync: Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot native Salesforce-Ironclad integrations, managing complex data mapping and bidirectional Record Sync.
