Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in IRB administration, clinical research, or regulatory compliance with human subjects.
• Familiarity with MS Office programs and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to WP's IRB review systems (Cayuse) and manage protocol activity.
• Perform regulatory support and oversee daily IRB operations.
• Offer guidance to IRB members and investigators on federal/state WP policies and procedures.
• Assist faculty, staff, students and coordinators with proposal processing for the WP IRB.
• Review submissions, amendments, adverse events, and progress reports for completeness.
• Coordinate IRB meetings, prepare agendas and accurate minutes, distribute materials.
• Prepare correspondence to investigators regarding determinations and expirations.
• Conduct local context reviews, verify training, and review consent forms and conflicts of interest.
• Maintain education/training on job-related topics and support process improvements.
