The role also involves quality control, training of coordinators and staff, and developing education programs to streamline IRB processes for human subjects research.

Formación

• Required education: Bachelor's
• Field of study: Business, administration, healthcare, scientific field, public health, IT or related
• Experience: Analyst 1–3 with 2–6 years depending on level

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-reviews of IRB submissions, including new protocols, continuing reviews and modifications
• Attend IRB meetings and support the IRB Chair and Members
• Draft and edit meeting minutes and ensure quality control
• Deliver IRB-related education programs and streamline processes
• Supervise and train IRB Coordinators and student helpers while ensuring compliance with federal regulations (PHS & FDA)
