The University of Southern California's Human Research Protection Program seeks an IRB Analyst to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Institutional Review Board and ensure that research involving people adheres to Belmont Principles and applicable laws.

Reporting to an IRB Lead Analyst, this full-time role involves review, communications, tracking, and coordination with investigators to maintain ethically compliant, high-integrity research processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years of experience in research or IRB-related work preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local regulations and ethical practices for human subjects research.

Responsabilidades

• Review minimal risk biomedical and social behavioral research proposals for IRB approval.
• Determine level of review under supervisory guidance and document findings.
