Ascensus is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist in Phoenix to provide front-line call center and operational support for IRA, ESA, and HSA compliance matters. You will handle complex regulatory questions and promote Ascensus products while learning our systems and processes.

The role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of financial services, with training provided to build expertise in IRS rules and Ascensus procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of financial services organizations such as credit unions and banks.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from clients to provide compliance and operational assistance for IRA, ESA, HSA and other accounts.
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased account owners.
• Promote Ascensus products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and learn new offerings as they are introduced.
