Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist to provide front-line call center and operational support for IRA, ESA, and HSA compliance. You will help financial institutions and Ascensus staff by addressing complex regulatory questions and guiding processes with accuracy and discretion.

You will protect confidential data, uphold Core Values, and identify opportunities to cross-sell Ascensus products while learning our IRS rules and internal procedures through extensive training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related work experience
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in financial services industry with credit unions and banks
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proven listening and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Protect, secure, and properly handle confidential data to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure
• Demonstrate our I-Client service philosophy and Core Values in daily actions
• Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational assistance for IRA, HSA, ESA and other accounts
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased account owners
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain knowledge of Ascensus products
