Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Compliance Servicing Specialist to provide front-line call center and operational support to financial institutions and Ascensus staff. You will resolve IRA, HSA, ESA compliance issues and learn IRS rules and Ascensus processes, with extensive training provided up front.

The role emphasizes protecting confidential data, listening to client needs, and cross-selling suitable Ascensus products as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in financial services and familiarity with credit unions/banks is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational support on IRA, ESA, HSA and other accounts.
• Handle confidential data handling and secure processing in line with policy.
• Promote Ascensus products where appropriate during interactions.
