Job summary

Ascensus is hiring a Compliance Servicing Specialist to provide front-line call center and operational support for IRA, ESA and HSA compliance issues. The role requires knowledge of IRS rules, Ascensus processes, and strong customer service skills.

Extensive training is provided to build expertise and promote product expansion. The position emphasizes security of confidential data and adherence to core values while assisting financial institutions and Ascensus staff with day-to-day compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related work experience.
Previous call center experience preferred.
Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially credit unions and banks.
Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational assistance for IRA/ESA/HSA and other accounts.
Protect and handle confidential data and ensure security against unauthorized access.
Identify cross-sell opportunities for Ascensus products and stay updated on offerings.
