Ascensus is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist to provide frontline call center and operational support to financial institutions on IRA, ESA and HSA compliance issues. The role requires proficiency in IRS rules and Ascensus processes, with extensive training provided up front.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of financial services industry, especially credit unions and banks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational assistance related to IRA, ESA and HSA accounts.
• Protect, secure and properly handle confidential data.
• Promote Ascensus products where appropriate and maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Learn IRS rules and Ascensus processes through extensive training.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and effective listening to resolve issues.
