Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist to support financial institutions with IRA, ESA, and HSA compliance issues. You will handle inbound calls, process death claims, and promote Ascensus products while upholding core values.

The role requires knowledge of IRS rules and operating procedures, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Training is provided to build expertise in our systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance or related field.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line call center and operational support for IRA, ESA, and HSA compliance issues.
• Protect and properly handle confidential data to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational assistance.
• Process death claims and related forms for client accounts.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain knowledge of Ascensus products.
