Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related work experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with financial services industry (credit unions/banks).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Provide compliance and operational assistance via inbound calls for IRA, HSA, ESA accounts.
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased IRA/HSA/ESA owners.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain knowledge of Ascensus products.
