Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related work experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in financial services industry, especially with credit unions and banks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
