Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Compliance Servicing Specialist to provide front-line call center and operational support for IRA, ESA and HSA compliance issues to financial institutions and Ascensus staff. The role requires mastery of IRS rules and Ascensus processes, with extensive upfront training.

You will handle confidential data with care, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain knowledge of product offerings while delivering accurate, timely guidance in a courteous, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls providing compliance and operational assistance for IRA, HSA, ESA and other accounts.
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased account owners.
• Cross-sell Ascensus products where appropriate.
• Protect confidential data and ensure information security.
• Maintain knowledge of Ascensus products and market offerings.
