Qualificações

• High school diploma and/or specialized certification.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of payment processing, deposits, funds transfers, and related operational activities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform IRA, HSA, and Certificate account opening and maintenance activities.
• Process deposits, transfers, remittances, and other money movement activities.
• Review payment requests to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries about payment services and transaction status.
• Research and resolve routine discrepancies; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain records and system updates for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor daily processing activities and address errors or concerns.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver efficient payment services.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on payment products, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
