Job summary

Berkshire Bank in Boston or Pittsfield, MA seeks a Retirement Services deposit accounts administrator. You will manage IRA and Health Savings deposit accounts and serve as the resource across customer service teams to ensure quality service, productivity, and regulatory compliance.

This non-exempt role reports to Retirement Services Manager and participates in system conversions, upgrades, and acquisitions, ensuring timely processing of tax documents and statements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Retirement account administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors IRA and Health Savings transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Owns communications for IRA/Health Savings programs and updates forms.
• Supports product development and system upgrades for IRA/Health Savings accounts.
• Ensures annual statements and tax documents are processed timely.
