Job summary

Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division in Davenport, IA, is seeking a Planning Lead to manage and develop the planning team within the IPT, collaborating with the IPT cabinet to drive quality, delivery, and sustainable growth.

You will supervise planners, lead material planning with procurement and operations, establish KPI metrics, run daily/weekly meetings, guide SIOP capacity planning, and optimize inventory turns while aligning the production plan with the sales forecast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in planning/scheduling in manufacturing.
• 3+ years with ERP and MRP experience, Oracle preferred.
• Experience leading a planning team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planners and drive performance improvements.
• Lead material planning with procurement and operations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for planning, inventory and delivery.
• Lead SIOP capacity planning and communicate exceptions.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly IPT meetings.
