Job summary

Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division in Davenport, IA, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, safety, quality, cost and delivery targets, and drive continuous improvement. You will develop bench strength within the Integrated Product Team, support SIOP planning, and coach cross-functional groups to achieve KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of operations or engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; only candidates within 70 miles of Davenport, IA will be considered.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute plans for Operations in the SIOP process.
• Serve as Continuous Improvement Champion, driving productivity and waste elimination.
• Lead daily plan execution and support IPT members across Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental systems are followed in all processes.
• Develop weekly/monthly production schedules to support the SIOP plan.
