Job summary

Anaqua is seeking a highly motivated Consultant, IP Services, CX to support growth objectives in the United States. The role oversees front office client management for patent and trademark maintenance worldwide in a matrix organization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IP experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client relationships. Hybrid or remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• 3+ years of intellectual property experience.
• Proactive client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication with executives, managers, SMEs, and admins.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex tasks.
• Diligently review various documents and client files.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fast-paced, team environment; ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class support for patent and trademark clients.
• Support the sales team during later stages to educate clients on services.
• Manage client relationships for new and existing clients.
• Form trusted relationships with a focus on timely client solutions.
• Proactively communicate with clients to keep portfolio records current, accurate and valid.
• Collaborate with colleagues across territories for a seamless service.
• Develop client relationships with a commercial focus.
• Monitor docketing and deliver data reconciliation.
• Provide software training related to the Services division.
• Author and update process documentation.
• Engage in continuous process improvements and change management.
