Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Approximately four or more years of patent litigation experience with strong writing and analytical skills.
• District court patent litigation experience; ITC or PTAB exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patents and prepare invalidity and infringement contentions.
• Develop case strategy and collaborate with technical experts.
• Draft briefs and substantive filings, manage discovery, and prepare witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions and contribute to hearings and trial preparation.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with colleagues across offices.
