Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze patents and prepare invalidity and infringement contentions.
• Develop case strategy and collaborate with technical experts.
• Draft briefs and other filings, manage discovery, and prepare witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions; contribute to hearings and trial preparation.
