The ideal candidate has four or more years of patent litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and a license or eligibility to practice law in the jurisdiction. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
• Approximately four or more years of patent litigation experience in relevant disputes.
• Experience with district court patent litigation; PTAB or ITC exposure is a plus; must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing patents and preparing invalidity and infringement contentions.
• Developing case strategy and coordinating with technical experts.
• Drafting briefs and other filings, managing discovery, and preparing witnesses.
• Taking and defending depositions and contributing to hearings and trial prep.
• Working directly with clients and collaborating with colleagues across offices.
