Qualifications

• Approximately four or more years of patent litigation experience.
• Experience with district court patent litigation; ITC or PTAB exposure is a plus.
• Must be licensed or eligible to practice in the applying jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing patents and preparing invalidity and infringement contentions.
• Developing case strategy and working with technical experts.
• Drafting briefs and other substantive filings, managing discovery, and preparing witnesses.
• Taking and defending depositions and contributing to hearings and trial preparation.
• Working directly with clients and collaborating with colleagues across offices.
