Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Approximately four or more years of patent litigation experience with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with district court patent litigation; PTAB or ITC experience is a plus.
• Must be licensed or eligible to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Ability to manage substantial responsibilities and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing patents and preparing invalidity and infringement contentions.
• Developing case strategy and collaborating with technical experts.
• Drafting briefs and other filings, managing discovery, and preparing witnesses.
• Taking and defending depositions and aiding hearings and trial prep.
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues across offices.
