Job summary

Techtronic Industries Co. is seeking an IP Operations Administrator to join the Intellectual Property team. The successful candidate will provide legal support and manage data within our Intellectual Property Management System, assisting in patent matters and preparing legal documents.

The ideal applicant has prior experience in a legal role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in IP docketing software, specifically Anaqua. We offer a collaborative environment and robust employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a legal assistant or legal secretary role, preferably in IP law.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals in intellectual property matters.
• Manage IP Portfolio in Intellectual Property Management System, including file creation and document management.
• Draft and complete documents supporting patent prosecution.
