Qualifications
- 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong background in IP litigation including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- Experience with federal court procedures and e-filing.
- Familiarity with USPTO post-grant filings is required.
Responsibilities
- Support cases from inception through trial.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Manage large document productions and eDiscovery.
- Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, and trial materials.
- Assist with federal court filings and USPTO post-grant proceedings.
