Taj Staffing is recruiting an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a respected personal injury law firm in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on supporting attorneys through all litigation stages in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a substantial PI caseload with strong communication and follow-through under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and PI case flow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and case management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Manage all aspects of discovery (drafting, responding, organizing, and tracking).
• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and billing statements.
• Track case progress, monitor deadlines, and maintain court dockets.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions.
• Draft settlement agreements, lien summaries, and calculation sheets.
• Maintain organized case files and handle various administrative tasks.
