Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience in IP litigation at the District Court, Federal Circuit, and ITC preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat; CompuLaw; Relativity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation and trial support to the practice group.
• Create, organize, review, and maintain litigation case files.
• Monitor litigation dockets and due dates; manage calendars using CompuLaw.
• Prepare court filings, briefs, and exhibits for various courts including ITC.
• Maintain knowledge of FRCP and FRAP; assist with e-filing and discovery.
