The role supports attorneys and trial teams with case management, discovery, and filing duties across state and federal courts.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience, with strengths in e‑filing, ITC/PTAB experience, USPTO Center familiarity, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5-7 years litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with ITC cases, PTAB or Federal Circuit is preferred.
• Experience with USPTO Patent Center and patent prosecution histories is essential.
• Familiarity with e-filing in US District Courts nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Document and database maintenance, overseeing electronic data collections.
• Review and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with discovery requests, including Bates labeling and production logs.
• Draft, proof, edit, and file court filings using eFile systems.
• Create tables of authority and contents for court filings.
• Track case dates and ensure calendar accuracy with the Calendaring Department.
• Assist with witness preparation and deposition/trial binders.
• Assemble and track deposition, hearing, and trial exhibits.
