TBG | The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal in Charlotte, NC to support high-profile cases. This hybrid role involves hands-on participation in trial preparations and managing eDiscovery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IP litigation experience and a strong understanding of federal court procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong background in IP litigation including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Experience with federal court procedures and e-filing.

• Support cases from inception through trial.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

Working with a top law firm (well known, best in class) seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Paralegal with ITC experience. This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters with hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, including trial prep with a renowned team. Hybrid!
