Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file pleadings through EDIS and serve opposing counsel.
• Research and interpret court and agency rules for filings and deadlines.
• Coordinate with case teams and e-discovery personnel on data collection and production.
• Prepare for depositions and maintain witness files.
• Analyze and summarize documents and discovery responses.
