Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Group across multiple cities, including Boston. The role involves handling complex patent and technology-related litigation with exposure to trial, discovery, and strategy in a premier international law firm setting.

The candidate should have a JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record, strong IP dispute experience, and the ability to take and defend depositions.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Strong background in IP disputes, particularly patent litigation.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions and manage motion practice.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• ITC/IPR familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated IP and patent litigation matters.
• Conduct all phases of written discovery, fact development, and case strategy.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and related documents.
• Manage expert discovery and collaborate with technical experts.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and strategic litigation planning.
• Support ITC investigations and related proceedings when applicable.
• Work closely with clients in technology-driven industries on complex disputes.
