Job summary

Htprof seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Multi-City practice. The role involves handling complex patent and technology-related litigation with exposure to trial, discovery, and strategy in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school with strong IP dispute experience, including depositions, motions, and pleadings, and familiarity with IPR/ITC matters is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Strong background in intellectual property disputes, particularly patent litigation.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions and manage motion practice.
• Proficiency drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated IP and patent litigation matters.
• Conduct all phases of written discovery, fact development, and case strategy.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and related documents.
• Manage expert discovery and collaborate with technical experts.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and strategic litigation planning.
• Support ITC and ITC-related proceedings when applicable
• Work with clients in technology-driven industries on complex disputes
